Amanda started as a Co-Op student from the Fanshawe College Law Clerk Program. Amanda began her employment with Monique Rae Bennett Law Office in reception and is now doing legal research and factums on the legal issues we have before the court. She has now been with the firm for over eight years. Amanda works on evidence briefs and document disclosure in the files, prepared evidence in Caselines and attends with Ms. Bennett for trials to organize the Trial and file exhibits with the Registrar. She assists with trial preparation by ensuring all case briefs are up to date and highlighted for all pertinent legal issues including scanning and organizing evidence online. Amanda is present for zoom trials and now in person trials to assist with the online filing of exhibits. Amanda has become an integral part of the office for court appearances.
Amanda is married to Camron and they are expecting their first child this August. Amanda enjoys time with her husband and family, dog Taco, travelling, gaming and doing activities with family and friends.
